目的观察头低位卧床条件下正常人视觉诱发电位的变化。方法选取6名男性健康志愿者,-6°头低位卧床模拟失重状态,在实验前、实验第2天及第5天测量双眼在不同空间频率下的视觉诱发电位P100波。结果在不同空间频率下,视觉诱发电位P100波潜伏期在实验前后无明显差异,P100波波幅在高空间频率下有显著改变,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.01),在中空间频率及低空间频率下无显著差异。结论头低位卧床条件下可导致高空间频率下的视觉诱发电位改变,提示失重对于正常人视功能可能存在一定的影响。
Objective To observe the changes of visual evoked potentials Methods Six male volunteers were enrolled in this study. The -6 ° head-on-bed was used to simulate the state of weightlessness. The visual evoked potentials (P100) of both eyes at different spatial frequencies were measured before the experiment and on the second day and the fifth day. Results At different spatial frequencies, the latent period of visual evoked potential P100 wave had no significant difference before and after the experiment. The amplitude of P100 wave changed significantly at high spatial frequency, the result was statistically significant (P <0.01). In the medium spatial frequency and low space No significant difference in frequency. Conclusions The hypothalamus may lead to the change of visual evoked potentials under high spatial frequency, suggesting that weight loss may have some influence on the visual function of normal people.
