为了探讨核心力量训练对普通中学生100米跑的影响,本文选取了邵阳市洞口县第三中学学生进行8周,每周2次课的训练,训练前后分别对受试者的各项身体素质指标和智力水平进行测试,并对数据进行统计学分析并作出评价。结果显示:经过8周训练后实验组各指标都有统计学意义的变化(P<0.05),实验组学生100米跑成绩有所提高。
In order to explore the impact of core strength training on ordinary middle school students 100 meters run, this paper selected Dongyang Dongkou Third Middle School students for 8 weeks, 2 times a week training before and after training, respectively, the subjects of the physical fitness indicators And intelligence level test, and the data for statistical analysis and evaluation.
