At the eastern edge of Wuhan, on the southern foot of the Dabie Mountains and on the banks of the Shahe River, on the north side of the ancient “Qinjin Academy”, there is a large group of buildings with modern features. It is particularly eye-catching in a rural village with a radius of 30 miles. This is the fourth senior middle school in Xinzhou District, Wuhan. More than a hundred years ago, this poor village actually had a solution, and later generations built “Qiyuan Temple” to show glory. In 1956, the county government rebuilt this century-old temple as the first middle school in the east of New Island, ranking fourth in the county. In the past 50 years, the spirit of mountains and rivers, cultural accumulation, simple folk customs, and enterprising spirit have mingled here to create a vibrant modern rural high school. Now Xinzhou No. 4 Middle School has been among the model schools in Wuhan.
