肿瘤浸润、转移是癌症治疗失败和患者死亡的主要原因,其分子机制复杂,涉及多步骤、多阶段、多基因的变化。作为肿瘤细胞赖以生存的场所,肿瘤微环境在肿瘤浸润、转移过程中起至关重要的作用。因此,研究肿瘤微环境与肿瘤转移的动态关系,阐明微环境中不同因子在转移过程中的分子机制是肿瘤分子分型和靶向抑制肿瘤转移的关键。本专题探讨食管癌微环境中影响肿瘤转移的分子机制,识别微环境中转移相关因子的改变可为食管癌浸润、转移的分子分型诊断及治疗提供新思路。
Tumor invasion and metastasis are the main reasons for the failure of cancer treatment and death of patients. The molecular mechanism is complex and involves multi-step, multi-stage and multi-gene changes. As a tumor cell survival place, the tumor microenvironment plays an important role in tumor invasion and metastasis. Therefore, studying the dynamic relationship between tumor microenvironment and tumor metastasis and elucidating the molecular mechanism of different factors in microenvironment during metastasis is the key of tumor molecular typing and targeted inhibition of tumor metastasis. This topic discusses the molecular mechanisms that affect tumor metastasis in esophageal microenvironment, and identifying changes of metastasis-related factors in microenvironment may provide new ideas for molecular diagnosis and treatment of esophageal cancer infiltration and metastasis.
