我厂曾经出现一大批淬火后变形,达不到工艺图纸设计要求的齿轮。在这种情况下,我们采用化学腐蚀处理方法修整齿轮花键孔。根据工件的种类、化学成分、表面状况和零件尺寸精度及表面质量的要求,配比一定的化学成分的溶液,利用化学腐蚀的方法把金属表面进行化学处理。在化学腐蚀过程中,氢原子的渗入使金属内部产生大的应力,造成机械性能变坏,韧性、延展性和塑性降低,脆性及硬度提高。为了消除这种不利影响,我们添加酸洗缓冲剂,这样就可以保证工件符合图纸设计要求。
Our factory once had a large number of deformation after quenching, which could not reach the gears required by the design drawings. In this case, we trimmed the gear spline hole with a chemically-etched process. According to the type of workpiece, chemical composition, surface condition, dimensional accuracy of the part and surface quality, a certain chemical composition solution is used to chemically treat the surface of the metal. In the course of chemical etching, the infiltration of hydrogen atoms causes large stress within the metal, resulting in deterioration of mechanical properties, reduction in toughness, ductility and plasticity, and improvement in brittleness and hardness. In order to eliminate this adverse effect, we add pickling buffers so that the workpiece can meet the design requirements of the drawings.
