研究了含硅贝氏体钢在不同回火温度下的残余奥氏体稳定性及其对力学性能的影响;得出了残余奥氏体热稳定性和机械稳定性随回火温度的变化规律:表明残余奥氏体的机械稳定性对钢的力学性能产生重大影响;含硅贝氏体钢经正火300℃回火的残余奥氏体机械稳定性较高,有利于提高冲击韧性、降低缺口敏感性和提高腐蚀疲劳寿命;适当的低温回火对含硅贝氏体钢是必要的。
The residual austenite stability and its effect on the mechanical properties of silicon-containing bainitic steels at different tempering temperatures were investigated. The variation of thermal stability and mechanical stability of residual austenite with tempering temperature : It shows that the mechanical stability of the retained austenite has a significant effect on the mechanical properties of the steel. The high mechanical stability of the retained austenite after normalizing the bainite steel at 300 ℃ is beneficial to improve the impact toughness and reduce Notch sensitivity and improve the corrosion fatigue life; appropriate low-temperature tempering of bainitic silicon steel is necessary.
