2011年4月18日,最高人民法院在福建省三明市召开全国法院未成年人案件综合审判庭试点工作座谈会,要求深化改革,强化指导,推进未成年人案件综合审判工作更好发展。无独有偶,两天后,北京师范大学刑事法律科学研究院以宋英辉教授主持的未成年人刑事司法改革实证研究项目为背景,与上海市人民检察院共同举办了"未成年人刑事司 On April 18, 2011, the Supreme People’s Court held a symposium on the pilot work of the comprehensive trial court for minors in the State Court in Sanming, Fujian Province, demanding deepening of reform, strengthening guidance and promoting the better development of the comprehensive trial of juvenile cases.
