The report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has taken building the socialist core value system and enhancing the attractiveness and cohesion of socialist ideology as the most important task in promoting cultural development and enhancing the national soft power of culture. The construction of a socialist core value system with a wide range of charisma is a fundamental requirement for forming the spiritual force and the spiritual link of unity and harmony that the entire nation is making progress toward.
