电真空器件的长寿命要求愈来愈迫切,尤其是随着空间技术的发展,对器件的高可靠、长寿命尤为重视。器件的寿命很大程度上决定于阴极,目前制造工艺技术与真空技术的进展,是如此。据统计,电子管的损坏,有百分之五十以上是由于阴极衰老(发射低落)引起的。日本电气通信研究所通过衬人行波管寿命因素的调查之后,发现阴极损坏而寿命终了的情况占总失效的70~90%。卫星通讯行波管的寿命更取决于阴极。所以制造长寿命阴极是获得长寿命电真空器件的先决条件。
The long life requirements of electric vacuum devices are getting more and more urgent. Especially with the development of space technology, the high reliability and long life expectancy of the devices are paid more attention. The lifetime of the device is largely determined by the cathode, so far the advances in manufacturing technology and vacuum technology. According to statistics, damage to the tube, more than 50% is due to cathode aging (launch low) caused. Japan Institute of Electrical and Communications Passenger Passengers through the investigation of the life cycle of wave tube found that the cathode damage and end of life of the total failure of 70 to 90%. Satellite communications traveling wave tube life depends more on the cathode. Therefore, the manufacture of long-life cathodes is a prerequisite for obtaining long-life electric vacuum devices.
