以三倍体薄皮甜瓜授粉后30d未成熟胚为试材,采用组织培养的胚培养方法,对三倍体薄皮甜瓜芽的再生进行了研究。结果表明:当TDZ浓度为0.04mg/L时,未成熟胚接种第5天出芽率就达到最大值,出芽整齐一致。在M5激素配比组合(6-BA 1.0mg/L,IAA 0.04mg/L)培养基中,平均再生芽数最高,芽的质量最好。在S2(6-BA 0.05mg/L)培养基中,芽伸长量最多,生长状态最好。
The immature embryos 30 days after pollination of triploid muskmelon were used as materials to study the regeneration of triploid muskmelon buds by means of tissue culture embryo culture. The results showed that when the concentration of TDZ was 0.04 mg / L, the germination rate reached its maximum on the fifth day after immature embryo inoculation, and the germination was uniform.
