目前因政策或者法律等原因致使离婚妇女权益问题得不到保护。本文先是对离婚妇女的合法权益得不到保护的现状及成因进行分析研究,随后就新时期保护离婚妇女合法权益的策略提出了很好的意见和建议。
At present, the issues concerning the rights and interests of divorced women are not protected due to policies or laws. This article first analyzes the status quo and causes of the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of divorced women, and then puts forward very good opinions and suggestions on the strategy of protecting the legitimate rights and interests of divorced women in the new era.
