本文观察黄连素(10mg/1)对豚鼠心室乳头肌快反应AP的作用,以及在用异搏定,心得安分别阻断钙通道或β-受体后,黄连素对心室乳头肌快反应AP作用的改变。结果证明黄连素(10mg/1)对快反应AP的时程有明显的延长作用(APD_(20)增加22.90%、APD_(50)增加16.56%、APD_(90)增加13.31%)。然而,在异搏定或心得安预先作用下,上述的黄连素增宽快反应AP的时程作用完全消失,但是个别例子中APD_(90)仍有增宽。上述结果提示,黄连素的增宽APD作用主要是通过兴奋β-受体后促进了钙离子内流,最后表现为快反应AP的时程增宽。另外,黄连素对钾离子外流可能也有一定的抑制作用。黄连素在1—10mg/1浓度范围内对时间·强度曲线无明显影响。
