九龙山站是北京地铁7号线与14号线换乘车站,两站同步设计、同期施工,车站东北侧出入口与商业结合,由于商业方案尚不稳定,不能与地铁同期实施,为满足地铁开通需要,与地铁相关的部分的出入口先期开工。出入口基坑施工时,地铁车站已经施工完成,商业部分的基坑型式复杂且分期施工,商业部分先期施工的基坑邻近车站一侧采用桩+锚方案,邻近后期施工一侧采用了复合土钉方案,采用GTS软件对基坑施工进行模拟,分析基坑开挖自身的受力情况,以及对地铁车站的影响。根据分析结果针对性地采取措施,将变形控制在允许范围内,对同类工程具有一定的借鉴意义。
