近几年来日本和欧美各界舆论围绕亚洲太平洋地区的经济增长和科技发展,热烈谈论“亚太的崛起”和“太平洋的挑战”。有人认为大西洋地区已趋衰落,欧洲中心主义的政治格局将为另一种政治力量所取代,太平洋地区将成为世界政治经济中心,断言:“太平洋地区在二十一世纪将发展成为支配世界经济的地区”,“未来是太平洋时代”,“人类的命运决定于太平洋”。本文提出笔者的一些看法,期望同行的讨论与指教。
In recent years, the media in Japan, Europe, and the United States have been enthusiastic about the economic growth and technological development in the Asia Pacific region and have been enthusiastic about “the rise of Asia and the Pacific” and the “Pacific Challenge.” Some people think that the Atlantic region has been declining, the Eurocentric political landscape will be replaced by another kind of political power, the Pacific will become the world’s political and economic center, asserting: “the Pacific region in the 21st century will be developed to dominate the world economy Region ”,“ the future is the Pacific era ”and“ the fate of mankind depends on the Pacific Ocean. ” This article presents some of the author’s views, expectations of peer discussion and advice.
