近年来,涉枪犯罪急剧增加,持枪杀人、持枪抢劫、持枪伤害、持枪绑架等屡见不鲜,非法制贩枪支弹药、非法持枪越来越多,严重威胁人民群众生命财产安全和社会治安稳定,已成为当前福建省社会治安的突出问题之一。尤其令人担忧的是,涉枪犯罪与地方黑社会犯罪互相交织,互推互涌,以致危害加倍。对这一问题如不引起高度重视并尽早采取有效对策,养虎成患再行治理,不仅将给社会带来更大的危害,公安机关也将付出更高的代价。因此,研究这类犯罪的特点与成因,制定相应的打击对策和侦防措施已迫在眉睫。涉枪犯罪的主要特点1.涉枪犯罪成倍增长,持枪抢劫高占鳌头。统计表明,近年来福建省涉枪犯罪呈直线上升,质量不断升级,令人堪忧。1990年至1992年福建省的涉枪犯罪案件屈指可数,所占严重暴力犯罪案件比例较小。自1993年起涉枪罪案迅猛增加,
