讨论铁路用钢轨轨端帽形淬火的重要性,对钢轨淬火工艺参数的制定进行理论分析。在理论的指导下经过现场实践,成功生产出符合铁标TB/T 2344-2003要求的50 kg/m端部淬火钢轨。同时对淬火中频电源的中频频率选择和在加热时重轨与感应加热器之间的间隙选择进行简要分析。
This paper discusses the importance of quenching the rail-end cap shape of railroad and makes theoretical analysis on the formulation of the quenching process parameters of the rail. Under the guidance of theory, after field practice, we successfully produced 50 kg / m end quenched rail meeting the requirements of iron standard TB / T 2344-2003. At the same time on the quenching IF power IF frequency selection and heat in heavy rail and induction heater gap between the choice of a brief analysis.
