淬火钢轨的低倍腐蚀方法很多,但都不够理想。我们选取不同工艺淬火的钢轨,进行反复试验发现,用硝酸一盐酸两次腐蚀法显示淬火钢轨帽形,其效果很好。试样由淬火钢轨上用氧炔焰切取(要留出热影响区),加工成低倍试片,擦洗干净。将试片浸入15%硝酸水溶液中(磨面朝上)。由于腐蚀过程中有黑色产物沉积于试片表面,要不断刷去沉积物。在室温浸蚀3~4分钟,待淬火层显示清晰后取出,在流水中刷洗。然后再将试片浸入10%盐酸水溶液中(磨面朝上),室温浸蚀5秒钟,在流水中冲
