本文采用羊水细胞培养、染色体G显带分析及羊水AFP测定对521例产前诊断羊水标本进行检测。结果羊水细胞染色体数目、结构异常9例,染色体异常出现率1.73%;神经管缺陷3例,出现率0.58%,培养成功率从早期的66.67%上升至今接近100%。产前羊水细胞遗传学分析与分娩儿脐血、外周血;引产儿的心、脐血、皮肤培养细胞核型完全相符,表明羊水检测方法是可靠的,可以有效地防止畸形儿的出生。并讨论了羊水细胞培养过程中有关成败的关键。
In this paper, amniotic fluid cell culture, chromosome G banding analysis and amniotic fluid AFP assay 521 cases of prenatal diagnosis of amniotic fluid specimens were detected. Results The number and structure of amniotic fluid cells in 9 cases were abnormal. The incidence of chromosomal abnormalities was 1.73%. In 3 cases of neural tube defects, the incidence rate was 0.58%. The success rate of culturing increased nearly 66% from 66.67% at present. Prenatal amniotic fluid cytogenetic analysis of cord blood and childbirth children, peripheral blood; induced heart, cord blood, skin cell karyotype consistent, indicating that amniotic fluid detection method is reliable and can effectively prevent the birth of deformed children. And discussed the key to success or failure in amniotic fluid cell culture.
