就棉花蕾铃脱落生理来看,光线对蕾铃脱落的影响最大,棉株接受1/20左右天然光,脱落率达98.6%,不遮光的仅57.2%.说明充分利用阳光是增加结铃的有效措施,~(14)C 示踪结果表明,徒长棉株的营养过多运往茎尖等营养器官,导致了中下部有机营养不足而蕾铃脱落,可见控制前期营养生长过旺是多结中下部铃的关键.试验还表明,0.5%IAA 可降低脱落率,促进幼铃生长.
