大山区钉螺主要分布在稻田中。由于钉螺分布面积大,环境复杂,水源匮乏,灭螺难度大,且费用高昂。为有效控制血吸虫病,设想在进行人畜化疗的同时,以氯硝柳胺糊剂投放于有螺环境的水体中,使其缓慢释放,进行防护性灭螺和灭蚴。本试验的目的,旨在探讨有效杀螺和杀蚴剂量和施用方法,为现场防治工作提供依据。 材料和方法 氯硝柳胺糊剂(以下称糊剂)含氯硝柳胺约50%,为上海第六制药厂配方生产。 1 不同浓度药液杀蚴试验 将糊剂配成2、1、0.5和0.25mg/L四种浓度。吸取各浓度的药液50μl于盖玻片上,每次5张,分别放入30±1条尾蚴,于30min后观察死亡情况。
