磺胺类药物的系统鉴别法在药学刊物和书籍上已介绍过很多,归纳起来,常见的可分成三类:(1)磺胺药物经一定方法处理后在显微镜下观察结晶形状;(2)磺胺药物处理成溶液后,加入试液,使溶液呈现一定颜色或产生沉淀、浑浊或放出气体;(3)将磺胺药物加热,使呈显一定颜色和放出气体。在以上三类方法所包括的许多方法中:多数方法不够明显或不易辨别;有个别方法较好者,但需要有一定的设备和技术条件。为此,作者曾试用几种普通试剂鉴别常用的七种磺胺类药物,结果较为满意。现将方法介绍如下。
