利用Gleeble1500试验机进行了冷轧汽车用TRIP钢的高温热塑性试验,研究了冷轧TRIP钢热塑性与温度的关系。通过绘制变形温度与断面收缩率的关系曲线,找出了该钢的低塑性温度区,即裂纹敏感点。从而在制定连铸和热轧工艺制度时可避开该温度区,或尽量在该区域少停留。
The high temperature thermoplastic test of TRIP steel for cold rolling automobile was carried out by Gleeble1500 testing machine. The relationship between the thermoplasticity and temperature of cold rolled TRIP steel was studied. By plotting the relationship between the deformation temperature and the reduction of area, the low plasticity temperature zone of the steel, the crack sensitive point, is found out. Thus in the development of continuous casting and hot rolling process system can avoid the temperature zone, or try to stay in the area less.
