湖南华容县烟草专卖局局长邓江梁,是位企业全才。无论经营管理、市场销售,还是行政规划、人才培养,他都积累了丰富的实践经验,并有成套的文字总结。作为全国烟草行业系统的先进政治思想工作者,以及湖南省级的优秀企业家,他和他的企业所得奖状不计其数,他本人的事迹也早已收进了中国博览丛书《走向世界》和香港出版社出版的《跃入九十年代大陆实业家》等书中。不过,邓江梁最吸引我的,并不是这些闪光点,而是他那独特的而又富于创新精神的管理人心的艺术。
