叶澜教授说过“一个教师写一辈子教案不一定成为名师,如果一个教师写三年的教学反思,有可能成为名师。”这句话反映出教学反思对教师专业发展的重要性。本文就“课后反思”提出一些想法和做法,希望与各位教育同仁探讨。许多老师非常重视课前的准备、教学设计,有时为了上好一堂课,花了许多精力去制作多媒体课件,这些教学精神值得提倡。
Professor Ye Zi said that “a teacher’s life-long teaching plan may not necessarily become a teacher. If a teacher writes three years of teaching reflection, he may become a teacher.” This sentence reflects the importance of teaching reflection to teacher professional development. This article puts forward some ideas and practices on “after-class reflection” and hopes to discuss it with all of you. Many teachers attach great importance to pre-class preparation, teaching design, and sometimes spend a lot of energy to produce multimedia courseware in order to get a good lesson. These teaching spirits are worth advocating.
