案例原告秦一欣原系江苏通州市氮肥厂职工,2002年1月1日,被告通州市升保船务工程有限公司通过三方协议的方式商借原告两年。与此同时,原告还与被告签订协议,约定被告聘用原告为被告公司的生产队长,年薪40000元。协议签订之后,原告到被告单位工作。后因某些原因,2002年5月22日,原告向被告提出辞职,并于2002年6月30日通过南通中远船厂外管部转交给被告公司有关材料。
