黑热病的眼部并发症非常罕见,如虹膜炎、视网膜出血、视神经乳头炎、中央静脉阻塞、角膜炎等。从前认为可以与全身病变一起复原。本文报告3例东非黑热病患者,均经抗黑热病治疗后出现眼部症状。例1于发病第2年完成锑剂治疗后几天诉说眼疼。视力右眼数指/1 m,左眼手动/30cm,明显睫状充血,角膜上皮水肿,大量色素性KP,房水中等量闪光及细胞,前房角环形周边前粘连,黄斑水肿,早期青光眼视盘杯状凹陷,眼压高。例2于用Pentostam治
