本文从公务员的精神培养与社会文化环境的联系的基础入手,结合当前的实际,对公务员精神与社会文化环境的双重培育问题提出了自己的看法。
This article starts with the basis of cultivating the spirit of civil servants and the social and cultural environment, and puts forward my own views on the dual cultivation of civil servants’ spirit and social and cultural environment with the current reality.
