近年来,浙江省上虞市在深入实施“人才强市”战略过程中,突出企业人才优先开发,积极发挥市场配置和党委政府调控作用,促进各类人才向企业有序流动、有效集聚。截至2010年底,全市企业人才达到77299名,其中企业经营管理人才29684名,专业技术人才40350名,高级工以上技能人才7265名,企业人才占了全市人才总量的73.8%。
In recent years, Shangyu, Zhejiang Province, has given priority to the development of enterprise talents in the process of implementing the strategy of “strengthening the city through talent” and has given full play to the role of market allocation and party committees and governments in promoting the orderly flow of all types of talents to the enterprises and effectively gathering them. By the end of 2010, the number of corporate personnel in the city reached 77,299, of which 29,684 were engaged in business administration and management, with 40,350 professional technicians and 7,265 skilled workers in senior positions, accounting for 73.8% of the city's total personnel.
