河南油田第二采油厂有1674万吨超稠油储量,超稠油区块蒸汽吞吐后,由于油稠、粘度高,出现了热采地层能量下降快、回采水率低,周期生产时间短,产量递减快等问题,严重制约了蒸汽吞吐的开发效果。针对这些问题,我们实施了注氮气助排和降粘措施降低原油粘度,扩大蒸汽波及体积,提高注蒸汽热利用率,通过实施取得了很好效果,为超稠油开采降低成本,转变开采方式提供了一条捷径。
