语文教学大纲是国家教育行政部门主持制订并颁布的用以规范语文教学实践的指导性文件,是编写语文教材、实施语文教学、考核语文成绩、评估语文教学效果的重要依据。现行中学语文教学大纲对中学语文教学的目的、要求、内容、方法乃至基本课文篇目等重要问题都作出了原则性的规定。然而,有些从事语文教学实践的同志,往往见书不见纲,无纲而教,离纲而教,超纲而教,教材与我终日为伴,大纲与我却无缘。因此,强化大纲意识,吃透大纲精神,增强语文教学的自觉性,克服语文教学的盲目性,进一步提高教学质量,已成为当务之急。
The Chinese syllabus is an instructional document formulated and promulgated by the National Education Administration Department to regulate the practice of Chinese teaching. It is an important basis for compiling Chinese language teaching materials, implementing Chinese language teaching, evaluating Chinese language performance, and assessing the effectiveness of Chinese language teaching. The current Chinese language teaching syllabus for middle schools provides principled provisions on important issues such as the purpose, requirements, content, methods, and even the basic texts of Chinese language teaching in middle schools. However, some comrades engaged in Chinese language teaching practice often see books that do not meet, are taught without a program, and teach at a different level but teach at a higher level. The textbooks are my companions all day, but the outline and I are not. Therefore, it has become an urgent task to strengthen the ideological awareness, understand the spirit of the syllabus, enhance the awareness of language teaching, overcome the blindness of language teaching, and further improve the quality of teaching.
