本文通过对“京东众筹”下成功的样本进行随机抽样分析,多元线性回归模型和联立方程模型,将影响众筹的因素可以分为先决变量和内生变量,先决变量包括发起者类型、互动、项目描述,内生变量包括支持者。得出如下结论:在众筹过程前,发起者可以根据企业的规模、与支持者互动,商品描述详细度、公司规模、类别预测筹集金额,进行最优规模确定。在众筹过程中,企业可以根据实物投资人数、点赞人数预测筹得金额,进行调整。这一结论有助于企业制定合理的预期目标,选择最佳生产规模、取得最大利润。
In this paper, through random sampling analysis, multiple linear regression model and simultaneous equations model, the factors influencing crowdfunding can be divided into pre-determined variables and endogenous variables. The pre-determined variables include the sponsor Type, interaction, project description, endogenous variables include supporters. The conclusion is as follows: Before the crowdfunding process, the sponsor can determine the optimal scale according to the scale of the enterprise, the interaction with the supporters, the degree of detail of the product description, the size of the company and the type of the raised amount. In the crowdfunding process, enterprises can make adjustments based on the actual amount of investment and the number of people they like to raise. This conclusion helps enterprises to set reasonable expectations, choose the best scale of production, and maximize profits.
