用18Cr2N14WA钢研究了拉压循环应变对粒状组织(GS)和粒状贝氏体(Bg)的屈服强度(σy)和包中植效应(BE)的影响。结果表明,循环应变对σY和BE有显著影响GS和BG的σY和BE随着循环应变次数(N)的增加而变化的规律有其特殊性,与调质组织的变化规律明显不同,但高温回大,特别是两次高温回火能有效地减少其差异。
The effect of cyclic strain on the yield strength (σy) and bag planting effect (BE) of granular and granular bainite (Bg) was investigated by 18Cr2N14WA steel. The results show that the cyclic strain has a significant effect on σY and BE. The changes of σY and BE of GS and BG with the increase of cyclic strain number (N) have their own particularities, which are obviously different from those of quenched and tempered tissues.
