为了使已获得成功的大白菜杂交种用组培法繁殖其亲本无性系的技术能尽快走向实用化、产业化,笔者开展了组培苗繁殖和贮运中旨在降低成本、简化操作的一系列试验。试验结果表明,组培瓶苗冷藏195天后繁殖速率不变;组培苗的离瓶贮存期可达8天;日光培养下,大白菜组培苗的侧芽分化和幼苗生长状况优于灯光培养;在培养中用食用白糖代替蔗糖,自来水代替蒸馏水时,大白菜侧芽分化数差异极不显著;用罐头瓶代替三角瓶培养时,组培苗繁殖速率不受影响。
