用特异的神经营养因子 - 3(NT- 3)兔抗血清 ,以免疫组化 ABC法染片观察了 NT- 3样免疫反应物(NT- 3- IR)在成年大鼠胃和睾丸的分布。结果 :NT- 3- IR主要分布于胃的部分上皮细胞、壁细胞、主细胞和平滑肌细胞。阳性产物的亚细胞定位除胞浆外 ,亦有细胞核内染色 ;NT- 3- IR在睾丸主要分布于曲精小管上皮的部分各级生精细胞 ,阳性染色位于细胞浆。结果提示 :NT- 3可能与胃和睾丸的某些生理功能有关 ,且两者发挥功能的方式可能有异。
The distribution of NT-3-like immunoreactant (NT-3-IR) in the stomach and testes of adult rats was observed by immunohistochemical ABC method with specific NT-3 rabbit antiserum . Results: NT-3-IR was mainly distributed in gastric epithelial cells, parietal cells, major cells and smooth muscle cells. Subcellular localization of positive products in addition to the cytoplasm, but also intracellular staining; NT- 3-IR in the testes are mainly distributed in the seminiferous tubule epithelial cells at all levels of germ cells, the positive staining in the cytoplasm. The results suggest that NT-3 may be associated with certain physiological functions of the stomach and the testis, and that the two may function differently.
