目的根据非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者术前螺旋CT及高分辨率CT扫描(HRCT)勾画的靶区与术后病理的肿瘤大体体积(V)相比较,探讨HRCT与螺旋CT在三维适形和调强放射治疗中确定靶区的精确性。方法32例经病理确诊的非小细胞肺癌患者均行术前螺旋CT及HRCT检查,并在螺旋CT及HRCT片上勾画原发肿瘤的靶区。原发灶的大体肿瘤靶区(GTV)在肺窗上勾画,对两份GTV进行三维重建、体积计算并与术后病理大体标本的体积进行比较和分析。结果根据HRCT所勾画的GTV的体积比根据螺旋CT所勾画的GTV更接近病理大体标本的体积。结论HRCT在非小细胞肺癌靶区勾画的精确性优于螺旋CT(χ2=3.97,P<0.05)。
Objective To investigate the relationship between HRCT and spiral CT in three-dimensional conformality (CT) based on preoperative spiral CT and high resolution CT scan (HRCT) of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) And intensity modulated radiation therapy to determine the accuracy of the target area. Methods Thirty-two patients with pathologically confirmed non-small cell lung cancer underwent preoperative spiral CT and HRCT examinations, and the primary tumor targets were sketched on spiral CT and HRCT slices. The gross tumor target (GTV) of the primary tumor was outlined on the lung window, and the three GTVs were reconstructed in three dimensions. The volume was calculated and compared with the volume of the gross pathological specimens. Results According to HRCT, the volumetric volume of GTV was closer to the volume of pathological gross specimen based on GTV sketched by spiral CT. Conclusion The accuracy of HRCT in the target area of non-small cell lung cancer is better than spiral CT (χ2 = 3.97, P <0.05).
