高等级公路测设和施工阶段中的控制测量必须附和到国家等级三角点上并进行平差处理，由此带来了控制网变形时测量结果的影响。提出选择任意投影带坐标系统的方法，以解决控制网变形影响和与国家坐标系统相联系的问题。
Control surveys in high-grade highway layout and construction phases must be annexed to the country-level triangles and adjusted for adjustment, thus bringing about the effect of measurement results when the control network is deformed. The method of selecting arbitrary projection coordinate system is put forward to solve the problem of the influence of the deformation of control network and the connection with the national coordinate system.
