熔融還原煉鐵渣黏度之计算模式

熔融还原炼铁法为直接以煤及铁矿粉取代焦碳和烧结矿为原料的一替代性有发展潜力的制程。而熔融还原炉法中铁矿还原速率之好坏与泡沫渣之控制,亦即溶渣的黏度、表面张力及密度和温度等有极重要的关系。本文主要希望介绍熔融还原炼铁法炉渣黏度与炉渣成份及温度等变数之关系。研究的炉渣成份主要分成两大类,分别是①四元系列的SiO_2-CaO-MgO-Al_2O_3,盐基度变化为0.9~1.3;②氧化铁范围为FeO 1%~7%,氧化镁MgO,盐基度固定为1.08的五元渣系SiO_2-CaO-MgO_(sat)-Al_2O_3-FeO炉渣。实验以高温转钜黏度计,量测不同成份及温度的黏度值。实验结果发现黏度与温度基本上呈反比的趋势,可以Arrhenius equation或Eyring′s expression式子说明黏度与温度的关系。有关黏度与成份的关系,分别以热力学网状结构黏度模式、氧桥键结矽离子黏度模式与光学盐基度黏度模式计算其黏度值,其结果为利用氧桥键矽离子黏度模式与本实验的黏度量测值及文献黏度量测值最接近。基本上黏度值随基盐度的上升及随FeO量增加而下降,但黏度隨著SiO_2量增加而增加。至於黏度与温度则呈现反比的趋势。 The smelting reduction ironmaking method is an alternative development process with coal and iron ore instead of coke and sinter as raw materials. However, the reduction rate of iron ore in the smelting reduction furnace is closely related to the control of foaming slag, that is, the viscosity, surface tension, density and temperature of the slag. The experimental results show that viscosity and temperature are basically inversely proportional to the temperature, the relationship between viscosity and temperature can be described by Arrhenius equation or Eyring’s expression. For the relationship between viscosity and composition, the viscosity values ​​of thermodynamic network structure viscosity mode, oxygen bridge bonded silicon ion viscosity mode and optical salt basic viscosity mode were respectively calculated. The results were as follows: The viscosity measurement and the literature viscosity measurement closest to. Basically, the viscosity value decreased with the increase of basal salinity and with the increase of FeO content, but the viscosity increased with the increase of the amount of SiO_2. The viscosity and temperature are inversely proportional to the trend.
