在批量生产中,卡规是一种应用比较广泛的量具,由于使用频繁,磨损较快,用不了很长时间,卡规口部尺寸就会增大达到超差而导致报废。或采取以小改大的办法修复一部分超差的卡规,但效果也不十分理想。在长期实践中,我们摸索到两种较好修复报废卡规的方法。其一,磨空刀槽法。这一方法是我们在一次偶然机会中发现的。一个新制的卡规经研磨合格后,发现空刀槽小了一点,我们就用薄片砂轮将空刀槽磨大,再校对原已合格的尺寸,却缩小了0.005mm。事后,我们用同样的方法试磨了一些尺寸超差报废的卡规,卡规口部尺寸都不同程度地缩小了。磨削量大,缩得就多:磨削量小,缩得就少。用这种方法修复尺寸微量超差的卡规,能收到事半功倍的效果。磨削部位如
