以N-苯基马来酰亚胺为耐热改性单体,采用乳液聚合的方法制备了N-苯基马来酰亚胺/甲基丙烯酸甲酯/甲基丙烯酸β羟乙酯三元共聚物乳液光学全息记录材料.热分析结果表明聚合物玻璃化转变温度和初始热失重温度随着N-苯基马来酰亚胺的含量的增加而增大,甲基丙烯酸β羟乙酯对玻璃化转变温度的影响则表现为先增大然后减少.聚合物材料的透光率随着N-苯基马来酰亚胺含量的增加而减小.聚合物乳液制备的全息图表明光衍射效率可达到10.7%.该研究结果解决了传统的光学全息记录材料由于含有甲苯、丁酮等有机溶剂对环境造成的污染问题.
Using N-phenylmaleimide as heat-resistant modified monomer, N-phenylmaleimide / methyl methacrylate / β-hydroxyethyl methacrylate ternary was prepared by emulsion polymerization Copolymer emulsion optical holographic recording material.The thermal analysis results show that the glass transition temperature and the initial temperature of the polymer with increasing N-phenylmaleimide content increases, The glass transition temperature of the first increased and then decreased.The transmittance of the polymer material decreases with the increase of the content of N-phenylmaleimide.The hologram of the polymer emulsion preparation shows that the light diffraction efficiency Up to 10.7% .The results of this study solve the traditional optical holographic recording materials due to containing toluene, methyl ethyl ketone and other organic solvents on the environment caused by pollution.
