我从教已经24年了,24年中一直担任班主任工作,同时兼任语文和数学两科的教学。在这24年中教学中我发现在学校的教育中最头痛的就是差生的转化,因此差生的转化工作是我们每位教师义不容辞的责任。这项工作应是每个教育工作者的重任。面对差生我们教师应采取怎样的教育措施呢,下面就我24年的工作经验谈一谈。做好差生转化的工作,首先要弄清孩子们属于哪种类型的差生。我将差生分为两种类型。其中一类学生是真的很聪明,除了学习做其他什么事情都是又精又灵型的。这类学生
