构建和谐企业必须崇尚人文关怀。人文关怀是“以人为本”的具体体现。相对于制度来说,它是一种柔性管理,强调从人的实际出发,通过对人的关怀,融通人的情感、激发人的兴趣、强化人的自我完善意识,把社会、企业需要和个人发展统一起来,增强企业的凝聚力和向心力,调动人的主观能动性,在和谐氛围中实现企业的发展。人文关怀作为一种人本管理方式,应体现在企业管理的各个环节。建立充满人文关怀的情感管理机制。构建和谐企业,是一个情感工程,要求企业管理者对职工充满感情,在心理上加强联系沟通,在情感上尊重理解,在行动上关心服务。近年我矿运用情感管理方式,作为人文关怀的突破口,建立了和谐的人际关系和劳
To build a harmonious enterprise must uphold humanistic care. Humanistic care is a concrete embodiment of “people-oriented”.
