一、工程概况 天津地区的海港(天津新港)及河港(天津塘沽区沿海河两岸),位于渤海西端海河入海的尾闾。地表下数十米范围内,主要是新生代第四纪全新世的河口三角洲相冲积层和海相沉积层,表面覆盖层甚厚。地表层土天然含水量大于液限,孔隙比大于1.0~1.5,属于淤泥类土,地面下20~24米分布有粉、细砂层(N_s≥37)。据此地基条件,自五十年代以后,在该地区建造码头多采用高桩承台结构型式,简称高桩码头。
