患者男,45岁,农民。发现阴茎冠状沟一红色硬性斑块伴中央小溃疡25天。40天前与一婚外妇女性交,2周后阴茎冠状沟出现一红色丘疹。渐增大成圆形斑块,且中间出现一小溃疡,局部不痛不痒,无全身症状,曾用草药外敷无效。1周后右侧腹胀沟出现数块肿物,不痛,近5天出现轻度畏寒发热,轻度咳嗽,于1992年5月15日来我科求诊。体检:T37.5℃,心、肺、腹检查均正常。右侧腹胀沟可及4颗肿大淋巴结,樱桃大至指头大,活动度不大,质较硬,无压痛,表面皮肤颜色正常。皮肤科检查:右侧阴茎冠状沟一椭圆形微隆起的鲜红色斑块,1.6cm×1.8cm大,表面糜烂,中间一绿豆大小浅溃疡,表面清洁光泽,用手捏挤似薄软骨片样感觉,
Male patient, 45 years old, farmer.
