In this study, paraffin sections from 68 patients with prostate cancer were immunohistochemically stained with anti-PKP, PSK and KNK-1 monoclonal antibodies to observe the ratio and staining intensity of positive cancer cells after immunostaining reaction and their correlation with tumor The relationship between the degree of differentiation. The results showed that the positive rates of anti-PAP, PSA and HNK-1 monoclonal antibodies were 57.3%, 72% and 97%, respectively. The positive rates of anti-PAP, PSA and HNK-1 monoclonal antibodies were 97% 1%. The anti-PAP immunohistochemical reaction has nothing to do with the degree of tumor differentiation; while the anti-PSA and HNK-1 immunohistochemical reaction and tumor differentiation was positively correlated.
