2009年3月17～18日,在中国石化集团公司、中国石油天然气集团公司、中国海洋石油总公司等单位的支持下,由中国石油和石化工程研究会联合英国康贝阿伦公司、中国石化出版社共同主办的“第三届(2009年)北京国际炼油技术进展交流会”顺利开幕。会议旨在重点探讨全球金融风暴下中国炼油企业如何应对及发展,及时掌握国内外炼油工业生产、经营及相关先进技术(包括重质原油加工和清洁燃料最新技术)的应用和发展趋势,其根本目的在于协助中国炼油企业及时应用先进技术、优化生产操作、节能降耗、切实提高炼油企业经济效益,尽早摆脱金融风暴造成的生产经营困难局面。
From March 17 to March 18, 2009, with the support of China Petrochemical Corporation, China National Petroleum Corporation, China National Offshore Oil Corporation and other units, the China Petroleum and Petrochemical Engineering Research Association jointly organized by the United Kingdom Compaq Allen, Sinopec Press co-sponsored “Third (2009) Beijing International Refining Technology Progress Conference ” opened smoothly. The purpose of the conference is to focus on how China’s oil refineries respond and develop under the global financial turmoil and to grasp timely the application and development trends of the domestic and overseas refining and petrochemical industry in terms of production and operation as well as related advanced technologies, including heavy crude oil processing and the latest clean fuel technologies. The purpose is to help China’s oil refineries timely application of advanced technology, optimize production operations, energy saving, and effectively improve the economic efficiency of oil refining enterprises, as early as possible out of the financial crisis caused by difficulties in production and operation.
