随着社会主义市场经济的不断发展和医疗制度改革的不断深入,医院的工作重点主要转移到了提高医疗技术和质量,搞好医院经营管理及提高医院整体形象工作上。在新的历史条件下,医院政工干部要站在深化改革、提高竞争力的高度,充分认识做好医院职工思想政治工作的重要性,并结合医院实际情况,努力建立适应形势要求的思想政治工作新机制。
