一、结构及底焦燃烧特点倒大双冲天炉是根据我国焦炭条件发展起来的一种炉型。与国外类似炉型的区别是,具有一个风带和风口截面积分配比的倒置。研究表明:当第二排风口截面积与第一排风口截面积的比在60:40~70:30范围内变动时,每排风口的入炉风量比可以与截面积之比相等。因此,实践中可以用调整风口截面积大小的办法来调整和控制每排风口的入炉风量。表1是这种炉型的结构特点及它的主要结构参数。
