以山西省唐山沟煤矿12#煤层8208工作面的11208带式输送机顺槽巷为工程背景,分析下煤层回采巷道受上方遗留煤柱应力集中影响下的围岩应力分布规律,采用理论分析和UDEC离散元数值模拟相结合的方法,研究得出11#煤层遗留煤柱产生的应力集中对下方12#煤层11208带式输送机巷的影响、11208带式输送机巷在掘进和回采过程的围岩应力分布情况、确定12#煤层回采巷道合理位置、提出采用锚杆+桁架锚索联合支护形成的锚固结构对围岩的约束作用,实现有效控制巷道围岩变形。工程实践验证了该支护指导思想和技术的科学性。
Taking the 11208 belt conveyor laneway of 8208 working face of 12 # seam in Tangshangou Coal Mine of Shanxi Province as engineering background, the stress distribution law of surrounding rock under the influence of the stress concentration of the left coal pillar in the upper coal mining roadway is analyzed. UDEC discrete element numerical simulation method to study the impact of stress concentration produced by the remaining coal pillar 11 # coal seam on the 11208 belt conveyor below the 12 # seam, 11208 belt conveyor lane in the process of driving and mining Rock stress distribution to determine the reasonable position of mining roadway in 12 # coal seam and put forward the restraining effect of the anchoring structure formed by the combined support of anchor + truss and anchor cable to the surrounding rock so as to effectively control the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway. Engineering practice verified the support guiding ideology and technology of science.
