近年来,受高校招生规模扩大和职业学校学生就业难的双重影响,职业学校生源质量逐年下降,教育教学活动难以达到预期效果,教学改革势在必行。本文通过对烹饪专业教学现状的调查研究,根据烹饪专业教学的特点和学生的学习要求,提出了改善课堂教学方式,加强实践教学,强化师生互动,全面提高烹饪一体化教学质量的相关措施。 In recent years, due to the double influence of enlarging college enrollment and employment of vocational school students, the quality of students in vocational schools has been declining year by year, and it is difficult for education and teaching activities to achieve the expected results. Teaching reform is imperative. Based on the investigation and research of teaching status of cooking specialty, according to the characteristics of cooking specialty teaching and students’ learning requirements, this paper puts forward some measures to improve classroom teaching methods, strengthen practical teaching, strengthen the interaction between teachers and students, and comprehensively improve the teaching quality of integrated cooking.
