做好干部的选拔任用工作 ,首先需要唯物而辩证地理解邓小平、江泽民提出的干部“四化”要求和群众公认、实绩突出这一我党历来提倡的德才兼备标准在新时期所体现出来的时代内涵 ,同时认真学习和把握江泽民同志提出的一系列选用人才的方法和原则 ,并用以指导我们的实践 ,努力辨别并澄清存在于当前选用干部过程中的似是而非的认识和行为。
